These itineraries have been designed based on our experiences, but if any part of them aren’t exactly as you would like, then we can tailor make them so they are perfectly suited to your personal preferences.
DAY 1: NAIROBI TO THE MASAI MARA AND AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport in Nairobi, our driver and guide will greet you and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your very first adventure. You’ll fly over the Masai Mara National Reserve on a 45 minute flight to the Lemek Conservancy, watching the vast landscape and dots of wildlife below. On arrival at the landing strip, you’ll embark on your very first game drive as you set off on the 30 minute drive to the Losokwan Camp, passing by herds of grazing impala or regal giraffes, and perhaps even spotting your very first predator.
You’ll be welcomed to Losokwan Camp and, after settling in, enjoy a hearty lunch amid the beautiful, wild and unfenced surroundings of our luxury tented camp in the Masai Mara. Later in the afternoon, as the sun starts to sink towards the horizon, you’ll set off on your first exhilarating game drive. Renowned for its predators, the Lemek Conservancy is home to a healthy pride of over 15 lions, and sightings of cheetahs are also commonplace on the open plains. If you’ve dreamed of seeing the Big 5 – lion, leopard, African elephant, black rhino and Cape African buffalo – your chances are high in these thriving, lush lands.
From the comfort of our open-sided, custom-built 4x4 safari land cruiser, enjoy the age-old safari tradition of sipping a sundowner drink as you watch the sun dip below the horizon of the rolling plains, and feel the magic of the Masai Mara envelope you. Back at camp it’s time for a hot shower, lavish dinner and an evening spent around a roaring fire.

DAY 2: EXPLORING THE MASAI MARA
On your second day in the Masai Mara you’ll wake in the still-silent pre-dawn and enjoy a warm cup of coffee by the fire before climbing into one of our custom 4x4 safari jeeps and heading into the wild plains of the Lemek Conservancy. Today’s safari is not just about seeing the astounding wildlife, but of learning about this precious ecosystem. Your guide will point out many different bird species as well as keeping a watchful eye out for the region’s mammals. The conservancy is well known for its healthy pride of over15 lions, and you’ll go in search of them, as well as herds of elephants, giraffes and impala. Our open-sided safari jeeps make for the perfect base from which to enjoy this photographic safari, or to simply watch in awe and silence. You’ll have the choice to return to camp for breakfast or, for a meal you’ll never forget, dine under a lone tree as you watch over life on the plains.
After lunch and some time to rest and soak up the serenity and beauty of our unfenced camp, you’ll set off on a late afternoon game drive as the sun is beginning to set and the animals settling for the night. You’ll also get to visit our closest Masai neighbors and learn more about their traditions, unique culture and village life. It is a genuine, immersive experience enjoyed by both our guests and the Masai villagers.
Wind up a perfect day in Kenya sitting around the fire, regaling tales of the day, scrolling through your many photographs and sipping a sundowner drink.

DAY 3: EARLY MORNING GAME DRIVE AND RETURN JOURNEY TO NAIROBI
On your third and last day at Losokwan Camp, you’ll wake with the rising sun and, after a quick cup of tea or coffee, hop into the safari jeep for an early morning game drive. This is beautiful time of the day to experience the plains, as the animals wake with the rising sun in perfect symbiosis. Not everyone will be sleeping, however, and this is prime time to spot predator activity, with sightings of lions, cheetahs, leopards and jackals common.
You’ll return to camp for breakfast, but this isn’t the end of your wildlife encounters. After bidding farewell to Losokwan Camp and its attentive staff, beautiful surroundings and inquisitive wildlife, you’ll drive to the landing strip across the plains of the Masai Mara for one last game drive.
Once back at Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, our guide will meet you and transfer you to the international airport for your flight home or, if you have a later flight, you can spend the day exploring fascinating, vibrant Nairobi. We can arrange a variety of activities for you including visits to;
